No, you will be an independent contractor. This position is for someone who wants to control their time. You cannot use this opportunity to satisfy any full-time requirements for government services or otherwise.
You determine your own hours within the hours that are available for your client. For example, if your client’s hours are 7AM to 11PM, you can choose to work any hours between those time slots.
Each client pays differently. However, generally the pay ranges from $8-$14 an hour with opportunities to make bonus when available.
Yes, you can work full-time or part time. However, most clients require that you work a min of 15-20 hours. Some clients also require a minimum number of hours on certain days which are their peak days.
The basic equipment that is required are, Laptop or desktop with webcam (must meet certain specifications), VOIP or landline, Headset, High Speed Internet (hardwired), and dual monitors, phone. No WIFI, no cellphone or softphone.
Yes, you will be working for Fortune 500 companies some of which are banking clients. A background check is required and at your own cost. However, don’t worry they are not looking for credit history. It’s mostly to verify your criminal history and identity.
Yes, a drug test is required at your own cost. Some clients require regular drug testing.
You will be paid via direct deposit to your bank account. You are paid twice a month, usually between the 7-9 and 21-24. You will be provided with a payment calendar.
Yes, there is a subscription fee to work on the platform. It covers the platform operations, technology, payroll etc., and my fee as an owner operator. The fee is $39.00 per pay period.
Yes, training is provided. It usually lasts 4-6 weeks. Training is now paid for all clients.
